This is Kirby.He can EAT his enemies and use their powers against them. Isn't that cool?

This is Meta Knight, my favorite Kirby character. Does he look cool? YES. Is he powerful. Yes. In his first game, Kirby's Adventure. He is more of a mentor than you might think. He gives you invincibility candy a few times in the game. But most of the time he sends his soldiers, the Meta-Knights to fight Kirby as a mid-boss. But this is training more or less. Near the end of the game, you finally get to fight the masked warrior. Again this is just preparation for a much larger threat. In Kirby Superstar and Superstar Ultra. He decides to take over Dreamland and end the 'lazy' lifestyle of its inhabitants. How does he do that you ask? With his huge battleship, the Halberd.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This is Whispy Woods. THE most pathetic boss in history. Especially in Kirby's Return to Dreamland. All he does is blow out air puffs an drop apples. LAME SAUCE!

 

This is Marx. This crazy guy tricked Kirby into doing all his dirty work and eventually take over Popstar. AWESOME BOSS and awesome theme. WAY better than ol' tree face.

     Oh and don't even get me started with his soul form.

This is Magolor from Kirby's Return to Dreamland. Awww. Cute right? WRONG! He's basically a copy-paste of Marx. But way better. In his boss fight. He turns into this.

Then this.

In the extra game, instead of this monstrosity above, we get Magolor EX.

And then, finally we get Magolor Soul. He also has one of the most fitting themes

This is King Dedede. He is my 3rd favorite character and Kirby's arch-nemesis. As you can see he is a blue penguin of some sort. He is the self-professed king of Dreamland. His main weapon is, as you can see, his hammer. And his music is awesome His first scheme was stealing all the food in Dreamland. Doesn't seem that bad, right? You would be very wrong on that. By stealing ALL the food in Dreamland, all the citizens would starve and die. Some king. Luckily, Kirby defeated him and gave all the food back. He became more of an anti-hero than a villain. But in Kirby Superstar Ultra, Dedede has had it. Enter Masked Dedede.

 

  

My favorite Dedede boss fight EVER! He has that new beast hammer that can shoot a stream of fire and freakin' SCRAMBLE MISSILES. You are fighting in an ELECTRIFIED WRESTLING CAGE! And usually when Kirby fights Dedede, there is an audience watching. But here, there's only ONE Waddle Dee.

That's when you know things are getting personal. And for the love of Pete, will you LISTEN TO THAT MUSIC! Take notes, Call of Duty. Take notes. Unlike you this game is done well, not redundant, and not massively overrated. As a matter of fact, the whole Kirby series is very underrated.  And the Kirby series is awesome without even trying unlike Call of dootie. No, not a typo. For those of you who will rise with Kirby and rebel against Cod. RISE WITH ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!! For those of you who don't, have fun pwning noobs. (sarcasm) 

 

SPOILER ALERT!!

 

 

 

 

This is Dark Matter. The secret final boss of Kirby's Dreamland 2. He has been possessing King Dedede for the entire game. Once Kirby defeats Dedede. Dark Matter leaves his body and assumes the form of a swordsman to combat the rainbow sword. Pretty good theme but not my favorite Once Kirby defeats it. It reveals its true form.

Its theme is kind of redundant, but still good. I mean, what do you expect from a black dot with a central eye and purple fins?

One day in Dreamland, Kirby notices a dark cloud covering the sky. Kirby goes on a long adventure and realizes that Dark Matter was behind it. Being the final boss of Kirby's Dreamland 3, Kirby fights it in space, it seems. Once Kirby defeats it its all happy ever-after, right? WRONG! Dark Matter was only the fake-final boss. Meet Zero the leader and source of the Dark Matter.

 

Great theme. But still not my favorite.

Oh and when you defeat him. His EYE BURSTS OUT OF HIS FREAKING HEAD. With blood everywhere.

You also have to fight the eye.

One word, YUCK!!

 

In Kirby 64: the Crystal Shards the Dark Matter invade a distant planet, Ripple Star. One inhabitant, Ribbon escapes with an almighty weapon, the crystal, 3 dark matter chase her and break the crystal into 74 pieces. Ribbon lands on Popstar, and asks Kirby for help. Kirby agreed in a heartbeat. After he travels through several planets he fights the new leader/source of the dark matter. Miracle Matter.

 

 

Miracle Matter is a truly unique boss. With good music too Want to know how it attacks? Copy Abilities. Yes. It uses Kirby's greatest weapon AGAINST HIM! ISN'T THAT COOL? Kirby defeats him and his adventure is over. Right? To give you a short answer, no no it isn't. Miracle Matter is the final boss if you don't collect all 74 crystal shards. THIS IS THE FINAL BOSS OF THE GAME.

 

Look familiar? Yes he should. Meet 02. The undead version of 0. With the wings and the halo, and a bandage. 0 is back. and he wants REVENGE. When Kirby gathers all the crystal shards, Ribbon teams up with Kirby to create the Ribbon Shard Gun. 02 attacks by shooting small electric balls from his eye. Kirby and Ribbon shoot crystal shards into its eye and 02 sheds TEARS OF BLOOD. This proves that even the cutesy games can be graphic. Shoot enough crystals into its eye and you can shoot the halo. Shoot the halo and then shoot the bandage. Shoot the bandage enough times and the weak spot will be revealed. A cactus-like  stinger shoot it enough times and it will be destroyed along with the entire Dark Matter force. AND. THE. MU. SIC! My favorite piece of video game music EVER!!!!!!!!!! 2nd only possibly by the song of healing and final hours from Zelda:Majora's Mask.02 is one of the more iconic bosses in the series.
