It's a privilege to be back at a school within such a close knit community.This will be my seventeenth year of teaching, and it will be my eleventh year at the best elementary school in Texas. My goal is for this year to be the most extraordinary school year of your child's life.
The best friends *ahem* family members I've ever had are all the SuperBrains!!!! I love u guyzzz!!!! Gunna miss ya'll SOOO much!!!! See ya'll...most of ya'll...in Middle School... But never forget what crazy adventures we've had this year! And visit the wiki like...as much as possible!And while I hope you all have fun growing up, be sure to NEVER EVER (never) forget all the memorable times you had as a kid. And when one of you (or all of you, I dunno!) becomes famous or a millionare, I'll be happy to say I knew you at the most amazing time possible: just a kid in elementary school. To be more specific, as a SuperBrain in Mrs.Shanahan's 5th grade class at Scobee. And when one of you (or 2 or 3...whichever) becomes president, just promise to mention the SuperBrains in one of your many important, fancy pants speeches. But the most important thing is to remember I'll always love all of you guys. You have supported me, encouraged me, made me laugh, made me cry, given me the time of my life and memories to last forever. And for that I will be forever thankful. It's incredible what impact people can have on you. I've never REALLY understood that until you guys came into my life. I will miss...what we had. I'll miss being in our fun little classroom with our great teacher and being a goofy family-- all together-- with all of you guys' fantastic minds,laughs, and hearts. The greatest people I've ever known were my 5th grade classroom family... My 5th grade classroom family of SUPERBRAINS. You guys are the BOMB and I love you, family!!!!
I miss this school, I miss this class, I miss these friends, and Imiss my teacher. This year has made me see how dull andboring my life was in Idaho and Arizona.

Hey guys today when I was in Colorado at walmart I heard the song "Do I make you proud?" and then I thought about u guys and everyone else and my eyes started to water and then even more and eventually I cried. I miss you all sooooooo much!
Wow, I cant believe that even after everything we've done, we feel like we should try to stay together forever, but the truth is. We shouldn't. Because, if we're ever meant to see each other again, we will. and then our friendships will be stronger than a thousand rods of steel, tighter than a stars core, and will last a thousand lifetimes. Because, then, we appreciate that we have all of each other, and we will never, never, forget our bonds again. (just a theory, y'know, I dont want to make it seem like I dont want to see anyone again. Because I do. I wish I could see all of you again. But sadly I probably never will, but I probably always will at the same time. we never know what our lives are destined for. We might have to have our friendships torn apart, time and time a again, for what is to come ahead in our lives. But if I had 1 wish, it would to see all of you again. But remember, we always will have a special place in our hearts for each other, and that our friendships, can never be broken, not by the strongest force imaginable, or by the strongest force unimaginable.) I miss you all, and I hope we meet again.
